- Kevin to follow up on Mt Barker Communications bill for $462.00
- Tracy contacted Synergy and we have now received a cheque for $504.45 for the credit we had on the account.

8. General Business
- Introductory courses for Darren Pateman to be submitted to FESA by Martin tomorrow. He will then contact Darren and advise him on the course/s he needs to attend. After clarifying requirements for an induction, it was found that Darren underwent an induction with the Brigade at his first meeting on 3rd January 2012.
- Kevin Martin has tried to obtain three quotes for the driveway and the contractors have not got back to him as yet. It was also decided that we should try and apply for a grant and get the City of Albany to contribute towards costs. Craig to follow up possibilities.
- Six new helmets are now in Albany and Mike will arrange pick up.
- The newsletter is nearly complete. Craig will circulate it in the near future once Chris has supplied him with the email addresses of Nullaki residents that wish to receive a copy. Total circulation will be about 55.
- The helmet torches have proved very useful at night fires. A decision to purchase another ten plus extra batteries was made. Murray to follow up.
- Induction forms to be obtained from FESA by Martin.
- The call out list is to be circulated to all members with radios along with the call out officer's “Roles and Responsibilities” document. Kevin to email Craig the latest brigade call out list and then Craig to circulate.
- Next meeting is the AGM and General Meeting on 3rd April 2012 at 8pm.
- Nikki to make enquiries re prices of fridges for the vehicles.
- On the 15th of March the fire permit season is opening.
