Brown Cottage at Springhaven   Brown Cottage, nestled amongst bushland and close to Lowlands Beach, is the ideal place to relax on the south coast. Imagine being woken in the morning by a magpie's song rather than the noises of humanity, and looking out on trees and sky, not roads, powerlines and endless buildings. Brown Cottage is cosy and comfortable, with two wide verandahs giving views eastwards to West Cape Howe and northwards over natural bushland. Gilgie Getaway retreat   Gilgie Getaway holiday chalet is situated in a secluded valley which adjoins the Lowlands Nature Reserve, between Albany and Denmark. Our self-contained chalet accommodates up to six guests in spacious comfort, with everything you need for a relaxing getaway in a natural bushland setting overlooking coastal dunes. Brink's Organic Farm   Aard and Eve Brink operate a certified (NASAA 6122) organic market garden between Albany and Denmark at Lowlands and sell some of their produce and an organic pasta sauce at the Albany Farmers market in Collie Street. No synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides are used to grow their seasonal vegetables and fruit; guinea fowl help to control insects, weeding is done by hand or machine and the quality of the soil is maintained to help keep plant diseases at bay and produce healthy, tasty fruit and vegies that keep well.
